Tim Ridd (b. 1988 and still alive!)

So here's the pitch.. I'm writing a novel called Checkmate and I'm going to document its life from beginning to future right here! Hope you enjoy it!!

I was working semi-constantly on a book called RANSOM, which is finished, but it needs heavily redrafting! I'm also working on its sequel, ARCADIA, another novel called Amniom, and I'm thinking about the final part of the RANSOM/ARCADIA trilogy, which will be written in a completely different style. All of these are on hold for the Checkmate project though!

I'm studying English Literature (so you don't have to) at the moment in Leeds, UK. It's... okay - I'll just be glad once it's over. Four years is a looooong time. It's helpful for the novel writing though :).

You know what else about me? It's kinda secret. Promise you won't tell anyone? PROMISE!? Okay... I really think you're awesome. Yeah. How d'ya like that?
